Our customers have a few things in common: they are all middle- to large-sized companies manufacturing complex products with a high degree of flexibility. Most of them have a high level of "soft" add-ons to their products, in terms of knowledge and services. Their products can't easily be configured by just anybody without the aid of an expert, or a product configurator. Their business is aimed at other business, i.e. no consumer products.
